TELEVISION
On Saturday the 27th of February, Priscilla performed on BBC1’s Let’s Dance for Sport Relief. Please click here to see it. Jason Donovan will be appearing on GMTV on ITV1 on the 10th of March.
AWARDS
Priscilla won a fabulous 4 What’s On Stage 2010 Awards. We’ve been crowned BEST NEW MUSICAL, Oliver Thornton won Best Supporting Actor in a Musical, Brian Thomson won Best Set Designer and Ross Coleman won Best Choreographer. Priscilla has been nominated for three, 2010 Olivier Awards - Best New Musical, Best Actor in a Musical - Tony Sheldon and Best Costume Design - Tim Chappel and Lizzy Gardiner. Congratulations to all involved.

PERFORMANCES

I saw Priscilla on Lets Dance, last night.
They were absolutely AMAZING!!!!!
Oliver is so hot, especially in those hot-pants!

Went to see the show last night, sorry that Jason wasn’t in it, however it was the best show I’ve seen. Kept us entertained throughout and would watch again tomorrow. Even bought the T-shirt

Was at the show Saturday evening, 06/03, for the last show of the original cast. What an evening! The buzz from the audience was absolutely electric! Miss Understanding and Farrah hugging during ‘Go West’ (rather than their usual snide looks) was almost a tearjerker! And, well, ‘Confide in Me’ with Jason, Oliver and Tony pulled my heartstrings immensely! Best wishes to all the departing cast members, and best of luck to those starting tonight!

Whoops, I meant Jason, Oliver and Tony singing ‘We Belong’–not ‘Confide in Me’ (although Oliver’s version of ‘Confide in Me’ is always stunning)! Doesn’t seem to be an option to edit a comment though

Are there any plans to take the show on tour after next year or is the staging just too complicated for that?

We hope that Priscilla will continue to run at the Palace for some years yet. There are no plans to tour the UK at the moment. The size and scale of the show, means it is difficult to tour.
