I would like to collect the tickets at the palace theatre on the show’s evening and not to get them by mail.
Is it possible ?

Hi Amir,
Yes. If you phone the box office they can keep your tickets there and you can pick them up on the night.

Hi Sarah,
There are no plans to take the show on tour in the UK in the forseeable future. So you will have to come to London and see it. You won’t regret it!!!

OMG How awesome, saw it last Monday and it was fantastic cannot wait to go again!!!! Go see it!

I’ve been to see Priscilla-the muscical when it came to the Civic Theatre, Auckland New Zealand, in May 2008. I can highly recommend it as a great night out, full of laughs, and feet tapping music. You will all love the costumes and the music is absolutely fantastic. Get in quick because this show was a sold out hit in Auckland! I just wish I could see it again…

Hi.
I saw the show and loved it, and was wondering if you do day seats (or are planning to in the future), or student discounts or stand-by tickets or any other kind of discount as would love to see it again but can’t afford to at the top price ticket level.
Many thanks
by Kendra
Hi,
I’m a student and was wondering if there were student priced tickets available from 10am at the box office for the day’s performance?
Cheers!

Hi Samantha,
We are glad that you loved the show, but we currently don’t do any discounts. Although we hope that you can come and see us again.

Hi, Priscilla
I booked - and paid for - tickets for this coming Saturday evening (25th April) for the front of the dress circle through seetickets. They have chraged me £95 per ticket: at the time, I asked them what the face value of the ticket was and they said it was £95, as these are premium tickets. We were desperate to see it on that date and booked them.
I can find no tickets at that price on this web site - have we been royally ripped-off? In anybody’s eyes, a £30 mark-up per ticket is surely just criminal.
Let me know!
by Daphne
Hi,
I’am living in Holland and I would like to buy tickets for the musical could somebody give me directions how to purchase the tickets or make reservations.
Thankx
by Priscilla
Hi Daphne,
We are glad that you are coming to see the show. On the homepage there is link in the top right that says ‘Buy Tickets’ if you click on that it will take you to where you can book tickets for the show.
Best,
Nick
by Priscilla
Hi Brian,
See are correct. These seats are premium seats (the best seats in the house) if you go to the See website you can see them listed as premium seats. If there are none listed for that particular day then they have simply sold out. I hope this reassures you in some was and we hope that you enjoy the show in the best seats of the house.
Best,
Priscilla

Hi,
Thanks for the reassurance! I was very concerned that we had been majorly-overcharged!
Really looking forward to the show!

Well, we went on Saturday night - the seats were amazing, despite my initial reservation about the almost £100 price tag.
“Priscilla” has to be one of the most joyous, uplifting and inspiring shows I’ve seen in almost 20 years. Utterly amazing and the spotaneous standing ovation at the end - EVERYONE on their feet and screaming their heads off - was testament to what an experience the show is.
The cast were fantastic, the staging is spot on, and Priscilla herself was just amazing!
Simply stunning!
by Jo Wright
Hi Priscilla - my mate is desperate to see this and I read somewhere that Jason Donovan has holidays scheduled. When is this as she MUST see him in it! Thanks, Jo

Just received tickets for Priscilla and note that it advises suitable for 15+ years old on the ticket.
I intend to take my 9 year old daughter and wonder if she is likely to be turned away at the door.
I feel she is mature enough to handle the content of the show but do not wish to make a wasted and disappointing trip to London if she is not allowed admittance.
I do not recall any age restrictions at the time of booking the tickets.
Please advise
Many thanks
by Priscilla
Hi Mark,
Your daughter definitely won’t be turned away at the door. The age on the tickets is purely advisory and it is up to parental discretion. We have had children as young as your daughter come, see and love the show. We hope that you both enjoy the show.
Best,
Priscilla
by Priscilla
Hi Yobana,
It is up to parental discretion as to whether to bring young children. So if you want to bring your 4 year old daughter she’s more than welcome. We hope you all enjoy the show.

I am going to buy tickets for this show as we had to give our last ones away due to unfortunate circumstances. I currently have my leg in plaster and am concerned about the seating arrangements. Secondly, apart from the dates Jason is on holiday, is he expected to do all the other shows?
Regards
Paul
by Priscilla
Hi Paul,
Sorry to hear you missed the show first time around. If you have any specific seating requirements (leg in plaster) call the Palace box office and they can advise you on the most suitable seating. Jason will be performing in all shows, other than his holiday dates, unless there is unforseen circumstances e.g. injury or illness. We really hope you enjoy the show when you get to see it.
Best,
Priscilla

Hi PM,
You can buy tickets from the theatre box office for that day’s performance. This obviously depends on availability of tickets though.

But im just wondering how long will priscilla be performing?
Just in case?.

Hi Clara,
There is no end date for the show. So as long as you and others keep coming to see the show, it will run and run!

Hi Michele,
Jason performs in all shows, unless he is on a scheduled holiday or is ill or injured. So he should be there on Saturday.

Saw Show again yesterday and its getting better every time LOVE IT!!!
Just a question though-I saw in programme that the soundtrack is avaliable now but it is of the Austrailian cast!!Are they going to do one of the London cast at all?
by Priscilla
Hi there,
The Australian cast album is out. I am afraid at the moment they are only releasing an Australian cast album and not a London one, but if and when that changes we will let you know.
Best,
Priscilla
by Daniella
Hi Priscilla,
Myself and some other Priscilla fans are confused at the above post as earlier in the week you seemed sure that they will eventually release a London cast CD (though no release date is known yet)but you now seem unsure.

Hi Daniella,
There is definitely a London cast recording. We will let you know when you can get it.

Hi Daniella,
I’m sorry to say that, earlier reports were wrong, for the time being only the Australian cast CD is being released. We will you know if and when a London cast album is done.

Hello! I bought tickets for Priscilla on 4th July from seetickets but very disappointingly our party is now unable to go. Is there a way to return the tickets to the theatre and get my money back?
Thank you!

Dear Priscilla,
For the benefit of my Swedish visitors - Please tell them who sings the Opera number?… is it a recording? or sung live everynight?
Many thanks - it was fantastic!
Love Kitty and Teddy.
by Priscilla
Hi Kitty and Teddy,
The Opera number is a recording. I will try and find out who sings it for you. All the other songs apart from ‘A Fine Romance’ in the Les Girls scene are sung live.

Dear Priscilla,
just booked for 8th July but didn’t have the option to collect tix from box office. Noticed you asked someone else to call the box office to arrange but currently in France and don’t seem able to connect to box office. is there an alternative number or can I arrange by email?
thanks Jae
by Priscilla
Hi Jae,
The tickets will be posted to you as, if you didn’t select to pick them up at the box office. I hope you enjoy the show.

Hey!
I love the Show so much and I have ordered tickets I think I have to collect at the box office.
So I have a question. Can I collect them already 1 day before the Show and do I have to bring the confirmation or is there just the reference-number required, because the confirmation-mail didn´t come through to me ![]()
Greetings
by Priscilla
Hi there,
If you call the box office they will give you further details of how to collects you tickets,
best,
Priscilla
by jae
Hi,
I don’t think I was clear in my last email. I am currently living in France and wanted to collect my tickets from the box office but it didn’t give me this option when booking. they are being sent to an address out of london so very inconvenient. I cannot get through to the box office to ask them to keep the tix there. I have used the code from abroad but no luck. is there an alternative phone number I can use?
thanks
Jae
by Priscilla
Hi Jae,
The only thing to do is to try and ring the box office on the number stated on the website or the company that supplied the tickets, eg. See tickets to see if they have been sent out already. They are the people that can sort it out.
Best of luck,
Priscilla
by jsdwas1
Please can you tell me why the Palace box office no longer hold cast holiday dates,I asked yesterday and they said they could not tell me any more.I wanted to know what dates Oliver Thornton was on Holiday for the rest of the year!!Can you help!!Thanks

Hi There,
I’m afraid it’s now policy to protect the casts holiday period. So their dates have been taken down

Hello Priscilla!
I came to see the show on saturday 18 and it was amazing!
I want to bring my friends to see the show and i am looking at booking tickets soon. However I would like them to see the main cast i saw as they were absolutly amazing.
I understand that for obvious reasons you cant reveal their holidays, however could you tell me if any of the three are off in September?? as thats when i was looking to book tickets x
Thank you xx
by Priscilla
Hi there,
I like your attempt to get around our holiday dates. Unfortunately I can’t tell you that other than it will be a great show whichever you see and if one of the principles is on holiday the others won’t be.

Hello Priscilla!
Ok thanks i think Lol
I wasn’t trying to get round your policy promise!, I know how very important it is to keep that information Private!
and yes i know all cast members are great at what they do otherwise they wouldn’t be cast!
However you did answer the question i wanted to ask which was about if one lead principle is off the others wont be!
Thank you so much and lookibg forward to seeing you all very soon!

I have tickets for the 20th Aug and was wondering if its possible to change from the Balcony to the Dress Circle (Dont want to miss any action)

Hi There,
You will have to speak to the ticket agent that booked the seats. If it’s from this website then it is SEE tickets or the Palace Box Office. They will be able to tell you if you can swap the seats.

Hi Rachel,
I’m afraid we don’t have student concessions. I hope you come to see the show anyway, because it is worth it.

Hi Priscilla
I’m Gimmi from Italy and I was at the Palace Theatre for the show the past 12/13 August.
It was a TOO WONDERFUL show to see it just one time!
Just a question… I’ve to return in London with some friends of mine and I want to return at the show with them, can you say me when Oliver and Tony will perform, or if is simply when the will not be on stage as Felicia & Bernadette?
Kind regards and a lot of compliments for the amazing show
Gimmi
by Priscilla
Hi Gimmi,
I’m really glad you enjoyed the show. Oliver and Tony and indeed all the cast will be performing unless they are on holiday, ill or injured. I’m afraid it is policy not to tell the holiday dates of the cast for privacy reasons. But only one of the principles/leads will be on holiday at any one time. I hope you and your friends enjoy the show.

do u have to book the tickets extra early? or do they finish selling on a certain day?
by Priscilla
You can book tickets at anytime for a performance. It depends on availability as to what seats you may be able to have. As a general rule, the earlier you book for the show the more choice you will have. However, you can still buy tickets from the box office just before the show if there are tickets available.

Hi
I’d like to bring my 10 year old nephew to see the show. Is there an age limit?
I know he’d love it - he’s a huge fan of little britain!
by Priscilla
Hi Kerry,
There is no age limit. We recommend that it is suitable for people over 15 years of age, due to some course language. That said there are plenty of younger children that have come to see the show and loved it. It is up to parental/adult discretion.

I’d really really love to come and see the show, but first I need to know if strobe lighting is used?????
by Priscilla
“Theatrical Haze, Smoke Effects and Flashing Lights are used in Priscilla”
We don’t use a strobe in the production but there are flashing lights and camera flashes. We are not aware that we have yet triggered any response in anyone who suffers from ailments relating to these. Most Lighting Designers are well aware of the frequencies of flashing lights, that can trigger ill effects and will always use best endeavours to avoid them.

Hi
I literally just ordered tickets for the tuesday coming (17/8) and im highly doubtful that they will be here before then, as snail mail is v. slow. They are a present for my parents and so want to give them the tickets before they go up there as we dont live in London, will I have to come up and collect them beforehand in order to do this?
Thanks x
by Priscilla
Hi Becky,
The best thing to do is call whoever you brought the tickets from. If it’s SEE tickets the number is 0871 297 0740 or if it was through the Box Office 0844 755 0016. The tickets should arrive in time, but you might be able to arrange for them to be picked up on the night from the box office if they haven’t been sent out yet.

Hi,
I saw the production on the 6th August, it was great and it made me revisit the film, with my 6 1/2 yr old daughter, I forward wound adam’s childhood, the fight and some swearing, but she is keen to see the stage show. Are 6 nearly 7 yr old’s admitted and come on it can’t be any worse for her than America’s next top model, in fact a lot better! Just asking, because we’ll book again! much love and respect Hannah Hulme
by Priscilla
Hi Hannah,
Your daughter can definitely come along. Our guideline is 15 years old, but it is up to parental discretion. We’ve had quite a few children your daughter’s age. I hope you both enjoy it.
Best,
Priscilla
