Cassie Hanlon

Cassie was awarded a prestigious BAFTA Award (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) for her work on The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.

For the past 25 years she has worked on such big budget films as Star Wars, Superman and, most recently, The Chronicles of Narnia: the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

With over 30 film credits and countless television projects and commercials in her portfolio, Cassie’s career in make-up artistry has seen her work on most of the iconic Australian films in the last 20 years, including Mad Max III: Beyond Thunderdome, Two Hands, Peter Pan and Scooby Doo. Cassie has worked as the personal make-up artist for actors such as Ray Liotta and Rowan Atkinson and Australian actors including Guy Pearce, Rachel Griffiths, Anthony La Paglia and Heath Ledger.

She often lectures and shares her wealth of industry knowledge and experience with aspiring make-up artists.
