We asked you for your questions for Ray. Here are the last set of them and his answers.

Were you looking forward to having a traditional English Christmas and did your family joining you?

Every Christmas over here people think you are going to be on your own and a lot of lovely people ask you to come over. But when you are doing eight shows a week over six days it’s nice when you have a day off just to flop. And no matter how nice people are or how well you know them, when you go to someone’s house for Christmas day, it usually turns into quite a long day and you have to contribute. So this year I was determined to have a very quite Christmas day.

Would you do another West End show?

It’s only polite to wait till you’re asked and I haven’t been yet, but yes absolutely. And I would come back and do Priscilla again if they asked me. I’m just loving do it.

Why should people come and see Priscilla?

Because they would be bloody mad if they didn’t. It is such a fun night out that works on so many levels. Just on the simplest level, if you are feeling a bit down you can come and see Priscilla and it will pick you right up, it may take a few numbers, but by interval you will be buzzing and by the end I guarantee you will be on your feet. All the music is recognisable. If you want more the relationships are fantastic. There are three love stories, Tick with his son, Tick with his wife and Bob and Bernadette. Sometimes people write it off as just being that drag show, but it is much more than that. It points out that the same things motivate everyone, we all have the same feelings, and we are all the same. It is just a wonderful, wonderful show.
